LOWER TRUNK ROTATION

• Lay on your back with your knees bent up and feet flat on the floor
• Keeping your back flat with feet and knees together rotate knees to one side
• Repeat to opposite side
DOUBLE KNEE TO CHEST

• Lay on your back
• Bring both knees up to chest until a gentle stretch is felt in low back and bottom
SINGLE KNEE TO CHEST

• Lay on your back
• Bring Right/Left knee up to chest until gentle stretch is felt in low back and bottom
PRONE PRESS UPS

• Lay on your stomach with palms face down on the floor under your shoulders
• Press up until your elbows are all the way extended
• Keep hips in contact with the floor and low back relaxed
