SLEEPER STRETCH OR POSTERIOR CAPSULE STRETCH

• Start by lying on affected side with arm in front of you and elbow bent at 90 degrees
• Use your other hand to stretch your forearm toward the mat or bed
• The stretch should be felt behind your shoulder
4 CORNER STRETCHING

•FLEXION

• Stand facing the door frame or corner
• Walk your fingers up the wall
• Take a step forward and lean into the door or corner
•ABDUCTION

• Stand at the side of a door frame or corner
• Walk your fingers up the wall to the side of you
• Lean into the door frame or corner
•EXTERNAL ROTATION ARM AT YOUR SIDE

• Stand even with the door frame or corner
• Keep your arm at your side and bend your elbow to a 90 degree angle
• Place your hand and wrist on the wall
• Rotate your body away from the door frame or corner
•EXTERNAL ROTATION ARM AT 90 DEGREES

• Stand even with the door frame or corner
• Raise your arm up to the side and level with your shoulder
• Bend your elbow to 90 degrees
• Place your hand and forearm on the door frame or wall
• Take a step forward and lean forward bending at your waist
TABLE TOP IR STRETCH

• Start by standing facing away from a counter or tall table
• Place your hand palms up on the counter
• Bend at your knees and lower yourself down
IR WITH TOWEL STRETCH

• Start by placing your affected side's hand at your low back or by your pants pocket with your palm facing away from you.
• Dangle a towel behind your head to your hand at your low back
• Holding on to the two ends of the towel slowly raise your hand behind your head up, which will pull your lower hand up your back
