Swen received her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in January 2000 where she graduated first in her class and was awarded the Paris/Patla Manual Therapy Award. Swen is the author of "ABSolution! Progressive Core Training Made Simple."
As an active woman and married mother of three, Swen is passionate about healthy living and improving quality of life through rehabilitation, education, exercise and wellness. She strongly believes in establishing trust and positive rapport with every patient. Swen enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic injuries including low back and neck pain as well as post-surgical patients. Applying current, evidence-based practice, Swen uses manual therapy techniques, functional strengthening and other individualized therapeutic approaches to assist her patients' full recovery. As a former All-American volleyball player and current beach volleyball player and coach, Swen also finds it easy to relate to athletes and help them with their sports related injuries.

Amy received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in May 2008 and her degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2003. Her interests are in orthopedics and dance rehabilitation. Amy believes it is important to listen to each individual’s understanding of their condition or injury in order to gain a complete picture of how it affects their function and performance in life. She approaches each client as a whole and looks for neuromuscular dysfunction, weakness, and muscle imbalance in other areas that may have contributed to their injury in order to help clients be proactive in preventing future injuries. She is a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and continues to pursue dancing professionally. |

DeAnna received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse in 1998. DeAnna believes in using a holistic approach in treating a variety of patients from chronic pain to orthopedics injuries. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes establishing rapport and mutual respect with patients through active listening and open communication. She feels education is the key to maximizing each patient's individual outcome. DeAnna utilizes manual therapy and exercise instruction to correct muscle imbalances and improve movement patterns in order to prevent recurrent injuries.
DeAnna has been a competitive runner for over 20 years and has coaching experience at the high school level. Highlights of her running career include being a three time qualifier and one time participant in the Boston Marathon. As a competitive athlete, DeAnna has a special interest and extensive training in sports medicine, foot and ankle injuries, and the treatment of runners.
DeAnna and her family returned to the Midwest after spending time on the east coast and in the southwest. They are looking forward to spending more time with extended family and enjoying the recreational activities that the area has to offer.

Kyle Nyquist received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Kyle enjoys the challenges of managing many different kinds of orthopedic diagnosis. He is especially proficient in the treatment of low back pain and sports related issues. He has worked extensively with shoulder injuries as well and has been employed as a college baseball coach. Kyle uses manual therapy techniques including soft tissue mobilization and functional restoration principles to help his patients achieve their goals. Kyle lives in Cokato with his wife Kristi, son Jackson and daughter Cora. |

Craig is determined to help people reach their fitness and wellness goals. Craig received his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Massachusetts. Craig also has a degree in Biology, Psychology, and Business Administration.
Craig has presented seminars on many health related topics at conferences, seminars, and via radio talk shows. Craig has also written several articles for various newspapers.
Craig has previously served as a director of physical medicine for several hospitals and has managed multiple fitness centers. Craig's specialties include evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries, work/industrial rehab, and sports medicine. |

Angela received her Associates Degree in Applied Science with a major in Physical Therapy Assistant from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
Angela enjoys working with and getting to know patients of all age groups. She believes it is important to have a good personal rapport with patients so they can get a personalized treatment program. She has experience in Myofacial Release, orthopedics, pediatrics, outpatient, and various forms of modalities. One of the biggest rewards of her job is watching patients progress and overcome challenges they didn’t know they could to achieve their independence. | |
