PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND STAFF

Phenomenal Rehabilitation

We, at Phenomenal Rehabilitation, are committed to providing you with safe, effective and creative treatments. We promise to listen, understand and genuinely care about you and your condition. It is our mission to provide you with this level of service in a friendly, fun and compassionate atmosphere.

 



PHYSICAL THERAPIST 

Caleb Vizina D.P.T.

Caleb is originally from the upper Peninsula of Michigan, a "Yooper".  He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from Carroll University.   Caleb also has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Carroll University.  While he attended Carroll he played 4 years of college football as  star lineman.  This experience taught him about leadership, teamwork, determination, and the value of hard work.  Caleb uses these qualities when treating his patient's and coming up with comprehensive treatment plans to return them to their prior levels of function.  He believes successful treatments require the patient and physical therapist to work as a team and every patient should be treated with dignity and respect.   Caleb has a strong interest in orthopedic injuries and sports medicine.  Outside of work Caleb enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, and outdoor activities.   Caleb has a fiance and get married in 2016.  




 


PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Brie Lashinski, D.P.T

Brie received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the College of St Scholastica, and her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College in Colorado. Her areas of interest include Manual Therapy and orthopedic injuries. Brie enjoys helping her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals with precise and personalized therapeutic exercises, combined with education and  manual therapy techniques.  She believes continuous patient education is instrumental in optimizing therapy outcomes and in overall promotion of health and wellness.  Outside of work Brie enjoys fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities.  She spends most of her free time with her husband and their two dogs.   

 



PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

Nicole Matlock, P.T.A.

Nicole received her Associate degree in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant from Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN.  She also has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.  Throughout her schooling, she has been exposed to many different types of treatment methods such as therapeutic exercise, modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation, and manual therapy.   Overall, she believes finding the treatment methods that work best for the patient is the main goal.  

Nicole is originally from Little Falls, MN and is extremely excited to be back in her hometown closer to family and friends.  In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, hunting, any outdoor activity, and spending time with her husband and family.  


 

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Ashley Wessel, D.P.T., A.T.C.

Ashley earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University of Iowa.  Prior to this she attended Minnesota State University, Mankato where she earned her Athletic Training degree and became BOC certified.  Ashley is passionate about making personal connections with the individuals she treats.   She utilizes her extensive manual therapy techniques in combination with therapeutic exercise during treatment sessions to produce remarkable functional gains in order to allow her patients to achieve their health and wellness goals.  In her spare time Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her family, running, resistance training, and watching movies.  

 

 

   












PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Craig Butturff M.S.P.T.

Craig Butturff is determined to help people reach their fitness and wellness goals.  Craig received his Masters in Science in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Massachusettts.  He also has a degree in Biology, Psychology, and Business Administration. 

Craig has presented seminars on many health related topics at conferences, seminars, and via radio talk shows. He has also written several articles for various newspapers.

Craig previously served as a director of physical medicine for several hospitals and has managed multiple fitness centers. Craig's specialties include evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries and chronic conditions. He has also received years of advanced training with a focus on manual therapy techniques. Craig has over 20 years of extensive experience with sacral iliac joint, chronic low back injuries, pre and postnatal back pain, fibromyalgia, shoulder dysfunctions, work/industrial rehab, orthopedic injuries and sports medicine.




PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Lisa McManus, P.T.A.

Lisa received her Associate in Applied Science Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, MN.  Lisa also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND.  Lisa enjoys working as a team with the Physical Therapists to achieve patient goals. The most rewarding part of Lisa's job is working with her patients as they reach their goals and return to everyday activities, and knowing she helped make it happen. Lisa enjoys using soft tissue and advanced manual therapy techniques to restore normal function to injured muscles. Lisa is from Minnesota and enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with friends and family, hunting, helping relatives on the farm as much as possible and participating in other outdoor activities.
