Kristy Feia

Kristy Feia received her bachelor’s degree in health sciences and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
Kristy enjoys working with patients to educate and help each individual reach their optimal functional mobility. Kristy believes in presenting each individual with the tools they need to facilitate and help their body heal itself. Kristy enjoys working with outpatient orthopedics and chronic pain patients. Since graduation, Kristy has pursued advanced training in manual therapy techniques.
Nichole Roiko
D.P.T.

Nichole is interested in orthopedics and sports medicine. She enjoys designing individual rehab programs to meet the needs of each patient. Nichole takes pride in assisting patients return to their maximal independence and functional level.
Nichole received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
Kelly Nowacki
P.T.

Kelly is a 2002 graduate of the College of Saint Scholastica Physical Therapy program, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to working at Phenomenal Rehab, she practiced primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting with part time practice in acute care, long term care and home health services. She has extensive experience in treating patients with manual therapy techniques / myofascial release techniques at a clinic in western Minnesota. Additional experience through post-graduate education includes treating foot and ankle disorders, craniosacral therapy, and CORE stability through specialized lumbar stabilization courses and Pilates training. Kelly and her husband Brent moved to the Twin Cities in spring of 2005.
Amy Boyden-Hoekstra
P.T.

Amy received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in 1999. She specializes in Womens' Health Issues, including Pregnancy, Incontinence, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Osteoporosis, and Post-surgical Dysfunctions. Amy has extensive training in Manual Osteopathic Techniques, Myofascial Release and TMJ Disorders. She is certified in Pilates for mat work, the Reformer, Trapezi Table & Chair. Amy lives in Minnetonka with her husband and two children.
Amy Pennaz
D.P.T

Amy received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in May 2008 and her degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2003. Her interests are in orthopedics and dance rehabilitation. Amy believes it is important to listen to each individual’s understanding of their condition or injury in order to gain a complete picture of how it affects their function and performance in life. She approaches each client as a whole and looks for neuromuscular dysfunction, weakness, and muscle imbalance in other areas that may have contributed to their injury in order to help clients be proactive in preventing future injuries. She is a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and continues to pursue dancing professionally.
J.A. Schwartz
PT

J.A. has been working in the Minneapolis market since 1997, and has practiced as a PT since 1990. He has been a clinic manager for 14 years, and is our Lead Therapist at the Wayzata clinic. He graduated from Boston University in 1990. He bases his treatment philosophy around manual therapy principles. J.A. has advanced training in the areas of shoulder rehabilitation, orthotic fabrication, women’s health and obstetrical concerns, and manual treatment of the lumbar spine, sacrum and sacroiliac joint. J.A. lives in Chanhassen with his wife and two children.
Marc Fahey
PT, ATC
Marc received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in Minneapolis, MN, and is our Regional Rehab Director.
As both a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer, Marc enjoys treating a whole spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions. His philosophy of care centers on function and the treatment of the whole “kinetic chain” using a variety of manual and neuromuscular training techniques. He has received additional training and certification in the ASTYM (augmented soft tissue mobilization) system. This has allowed him to develop a successful treatment system for chronic soft tissue injuries, such as muscle strains, “tendonitis”, tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis. He is a regular presenter at both large and small venues on the topics of ACL rehabilitation, injury prevention, sports training principles and ASTYM.
Craig Butturff
M.S.P.T., M.B.A.
Craig is determined to help people reach their fitness
and wellness goals. Craig received his Masters of Science in Physical
Therapy from Simmons College in Massachusetts. Craig also has a degree
in Biology, Psychology, and Business Administration.
Craig has presented seminars on many health related
topics at conferences, seminars, and via radio talk shows. Craig has
also written several articles for various newspapers.
Craig has previously served as a director of physical
medicine for several hospitals and has managed multiple fitness centers.
Craig's specialties include evaluation and treatment of orthopedic
injuries, work/industrial rehab, and sports medicine.
Sanna Wolf
PTA
Sanna received her Associates Degree in Applied Science with a major in Physical Therapy Assistant from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
Sanna enjoy working with and getting to know patients of all age groups. She believes it is important to have a good personal rapport with patients so they can get a personalized treatment program. She has experience in Myofacial Release, orthopedics, pediatrics, outpatient, and varies forms of modalities. One of the biggest rewards of her job is watching patients progress and overcome challenges they didn’t know they could to achieve their independence.
