SUCK AND TUCK Flatten your belly in two weeks with these quck exercises while strengthening your back and core. Exercises can all be completed at home and followin this class you will be an expert on how to tighten your tummy. Exercises will be specific for your level of strength and your body type. All exercises are safre for your back and fun!

SUCK AND TUCK II
Holidays are over and summer is coming fast. You have lost the weight but what is that bag of jelly over your stomach and why is it still there? Baby weight is gone but baby belly is not? Suck and Tuck I was too easy? Then this is a class for you! All exercises are designed to be safe for your body type, can be done at home and will produce results in two weeks. Exercises are designed to be done safely at home with little or no equipment and to be very effective at flattening your stomach. This is an advanced class for abdominal, pelvic floor and lumbar muscles. Must be able to hold a pelvic tuck for 10 seconds and hold legs in the air in pelvic crunch position unsupported. Bring a buddy, a towel and your exercise ball if you have one. Ball will be available for use. Very active, entertaining and challenging class!
